摘要
为解决现浇仰拱衬砌阻断物料运输通道难以与TBM掘进同步实施的工程难题,通过分析与比选提出带承台平面仰拱设计方案,研制由爬坡轨、U型主梁、分段支撑、步进移位、仰拱模板等系统构成的TBM法隧道仰拱同步现浇衬砌台车,开发由轨道轨枕拆除、隧底清渣、钢筋绑扎、仰拱浇筑、仰拱养护、轨道安装等工序组成的仰拱同步现浇施工工艺。在滇中引水香炉山隧洞得到成功应用。仰拱现浇衬砌不影响TBM正常施工,单仓24 m现浇仰拱作业循环时间44 h,施工进度可达200 m/月,实现了仰拱现浇与TBM掘进的同步高效作业。
To realize synchronous implementation of tunnel boring machine(TBM)excavation and construction material transportation during invert arch cast-in-place construction,a design scheme of plane invert arch with bearing platform is proposed through analysis and comparison.Additionally,a synchronous cast-in-place lining trolley for TBM tunnel invert arch integrating climbing rail,U-shaped main beam,segmented support,stepping shift,and invert arch formwork is developed.Finally,a series of synchronous cast-in-place techniques for invert arch are developed,which includes track demolition,tunnel bottom muck cleaning,steel bar binding,invert arch casting and maintenance,and track installation.The scheme,trolley,and techniques mentioned have been successfully applied in Xianglushan tunnel of Central Yunnan water diversion project.The cast-in-place lining of invert arch did not affect the normal construction of TBM.The operation cycle time of 24 m cast-in-place invert arch in a single warehouse was 44 h,and the construction progress reached 200 m a month,realizing synchronous and efficient operation of invert arch cast-in-place construction and TBM tunneling,which is worth popularizing.
