摘要
随着数字技术的快速发展,服务业迫切需要通过融入甚至构建自身的数字化服务系统。由此,借助数字技术加快推进养老服务产业数字化转型,积极开拓养老服务的数字化平台建设,大力发展数字化养老服务,提升老年人在数字社会中的生活质量。基于北京市养老服务业的发展,在对数字化服务发展的相关文献综述基础上,通过调研和访谈的方法对北京市数字化养老医疗服务场景进行梳理和分析。
With the rapid development of digital technology,the service industry urgently needs to integrate and even build its own digital service system.Therefore,with the help of digital technology,we will accelerate the digital transformation of the elderly care service industry,actively develop the construction of digital platform for elderly care services,vigorously develop digital elderly care services,and improve the quality of life of the elderly in the digital society.This paper is based on the development of the elderly care service industry in Beijing,on the basis of literature review on the development of digital services,through research and interview,sorting out and analyzing the digital elderly care medical service scene in Beijing.
