摘要
当前,食品医疗冷链行业市场亟需满足较远通讯距离、低功耗,同时适应食品医疗冷链特殊使用环境的高防护性、高灵敏度射频芯片。针对高效超低功耗传感模组及相关技术进行研究,采用嵌入式技术、超低功耗传感器控制技术,集成ARM M3\ARM M0 RF处理内核,通过超窄带技术实现低功耗下的远距离传输。采集传输通讯协议具有多种扩展接口;采用智能电源管理系统;空旷地带通讯距离大于1000m;满足AES256加密要求。在全冷链温度范围内实现了通信速度增加、通信距离增加、定位准确等目标,满足食药冷链数据采集、传输、应用等需求。
At present,the market of food and medical cold chain industry is in urgent need of RF chips with long communication distance,low power consumption and high protection and high sensitivity,which are suitable for the special environment of food and medical cold chain.In this paper,the high-efficiency and ultra-low power consumption sensor module and related technologies are studied.Embedded technology,ultra-low power consumption sensor control technology,integrated ARM M3\ARM M0 RF processing core and ultra-narrow band technology are adopted to realize long-distance transmission with low power consumption.The acquisition communication protocol has a variety of extended interfaces;Adopt intelligent power management system;Open area communication distance>1000m;Meet AES256 encryption requirements.In the whole cold chain temperature range,this study realized the performance of increasing communication frequency and speed,increasing communication distance,accurate positioning,etc.,and met the demand of data collection,transmission and application of food and drug cold chain under the new normal of epidemic prevention and control.
