摘要
新时代,大学生多方位展现奋力求索、奋发有为的时代新人形象,但同时陷入奋斗担当亟须彰显、奋斗情感亟须认同、奋斗意志亟须磨炼、奋斗行动亟须夯实的困境中。为破解这一难题,从马克思主义哲学的视角进行分析,将奋斗当作实践去理解,以“感性的人的活动”为切入点,找到新时代大学生奋斗困境的症结所在,即实践主体定位不准、实践感性体验不佳、实践过程历练不足、由知向行衔接不畅。基于此,重视大学生的主体地位,引导大学生知奋斗之意、爱奋斗之心、励奋斗之志、铸奋斗之路,通过以知育情,以情磨志,以志促行,保证新时代大学生全身心在场,培养“肯奋斗”的新时代好青年。
The struggle of the youth is related to the prosperity and development of the country.In the new era,college students are affected by various network subculture thoughts and fall into a struggle predicament.From the perspective of Marxist philosophy,struggle contains the meaning of practice,with three basic elements and three basic characteristics of practice.Taking“struggle is the activity of emotional people”as the breakthrough point,it is found that college students in the new era are acting without wisdom and acting without emotion in the process of struggle,ignoring the dynamic role of emotion and will,and in urgent need of improving the emotional experience of struggle.To this end,people need to attach importance to the subject status of college students,guide college students to know the meaning of struggle,love the heart of struggle,encourage the ambition of struggle and create the road of struggle,through the knowledge of education,to grind the ambition,to promote action,to ensure the presence of college students in the new era,and cultivate“willing to struggle”good young people in the new era.
