利用海底磁场观测数据估算海浪运动方向 被引量:1

摘要 本文提出一种利用海底磁场观测数据获得海浪运动方向信息的方法。首先,基于电磁感应原理,推导出海底地形水平条件下三维海浪感应磁场表达式,据此可以计算海浪感应磁场,并可以得到海浪感应磁场方向。理论分析表明,海浪感应磁场的方向与海浪运动方向一致,这为利用海浪感应磁场估计海浪运动方向提供了方法理论基础。本文从南黄海海底观测磁场数据中提取了海浪感应磁场,然后采用时频方向谱方法(Spectral-Directionalogram,简称SD)估算出海浪运动方向谱,即海浪运动方向,并与第三代海浪模式WAVEWATCHⅢ的海浪运动方向进行对比。在平潮期内两者吻合较好,误差在10°以内,但在涨落潮时,基于海底磁场数据估计的海浪运动方向谱精度较低。 The ocean wave motion parameters are important for ocean engineering,offshore structure design,and marine operation safety.Especially in the coastal area,the accuracy of the ocean waves numerical prediction model and remote sensing observation to calculate ocean wave motion direction will be reduced,and the buoy observation space sampling rate still needs to improve.In this paper,we propose a method to obtain ocean wave motion direction information by using ocean bottom magnetic field data.Firstly,based on the principle of electromagnetic(EM)induction,we derive the expression of the three-dimensional(3D)ocean wave-induced magnetic field under the horizontal condition of seabed topography and calculate the ocean wave-induced magnetic field,and get the direction of the ocean wave-induced magnetic field.Theoretical analysis shows that the direction of the ocean wave-induced magnetic field is consistent with the direction of ocean wave motion,which provides a theoretical basis for estimating the direction of ocean wave motion by using the ocean wave-induced magnetic field.We extracted the ocean wave-induced magnetic field from the observed magnetic field data of the seabed of the South Yellow Sea,and then estimated the ocean wave motion direction spectrum by using the Spectral-Directionalogram(SD),that is,the ocean wave motion direction.And compared with the ocean wave motion direction of the 3 rd generation wave model WAVEWATCHⅢ.In the slack water period,the error is within 10°,but in the ebb and flow,the accuracy of the ocean wave direction spectrum estimated based on seabed magnetic field data is low.
