摘要
目的了解我国综合性医院卫生应急能力评价指标体系研究现状,为提升综合性医院卫生应急能力提出参考性建议。方法本研究在中国知网、万方数据、维普网三大数据库中进行文献检索和筛选,进行现状分析,并经过指标的纳入、提取、分类、整合,形成综合性医院卫生应急能力评价体系建议性框架。结果通过文献分析,结合当前综合性医院卫生应急能力评价指标体系较多且乱,侧重点不一、通用性不强的背景下,建立了一套包含7个一级指标、22个二级指标的综合性医院卫生应急能力评价指标体系。结论构建一套全面、系统、通用的评价指标体系非常有必要,现阶段提升综合性医院卫生应急能力可从制度建设、人员队伍、物资储备三个方面进行考量。
Objective To understand the research status of evaluation index system of health emergency response capability in general hospitals and to provide reference suggestions for improving health emergency response ability in general hospitals.Methods In this study,literature retrieval and screening were carried out in the three databases:CNKI,Wanfang and VIP,and the current situation was analyzed;after the inclusion,extraction,classification and integration of indicators,a suggested framework for health emergency response capability evaluation system of general hospitals was formed.Results Under the background that the evaluation index system of health emergency ability of general hospitals was more and chaotic,with different emphasis and low universality through literature analysis,a set of evaluation index system of health emergency response capability in general hospitals was established,which included 7 first-level indexes and 22 second-level indexes.Conclusion It is necessary to construct a set of comprehensive,systematic and general evaluation index system.At present,the improvement of health emergency response ability of general hospitals can be considered from three aspects:system construction,personnel team and material reserve.
