摘要
在“双碳”目标的背景下,综合考虑制造业企业高质量发展的影响因素,构建包括经济效益、研发创新、绿色发展等5个维度在内的制造业企业高质量发展评价指标体系,以中国制造业500强企业为研究样本,运用熵值法-灰色关联度分析法对江苏及其他制造业大省的制造业企业高质量发展水平进行综合评价和对比分析,了解江苏制造业企业高质量发展的短板和不足。研究发现,江苏在绿色发展方面表现较好,但在经济效益、发展能力、研发创新、开放合作等方面与其他制造业大省仍有一定的差距。针对问题和不足,提出江苏制造业企业应积极推动产业结构优化升级,全面培养制造业人才队伍,着力实施创新驱动发展战略,优化全球资源配置,主动向全球产业链价值链中高端迈进,加快构建绿色制造体系,积极参与碳交易排放。
In the context of the"dual carbon"goal,we comprehensively consider the factors that affect the highquality development of manufacturing enterprises,build a high-quality development evaluation index system for manufacturing enterprises,including five dimensions,such as economic efficiency,R&D innovation,and green development,and take China's top 500 manufacturing enterprises as research samples.The entropy value methodgrey correlation analysis method is used to comprehensively evaluate and compare the quality development level of manufacturing enterprises in Jiangsu and other large manufacturing provinces,which can help to understand the weaknesses and shortcomings of the high-quality development of manufacturing enterprises in Jiangsu.The study found that Jiangsu has a good performance in green development,but there is still a certain gap between Jiangsu and other large manufacturing provinces in terms of economic benefits,development capacity,R&D innovation,open cooperation,etc.Aiming at the problems and deficiencies,it is proposed that Jiangsu manufacturing enterprises should actively promote the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure,comprehensively cultivate the manufacturing talent team,focus on implementing the innovation driven development strategy,optimize the global resource allocation,actively move towards the middle and high end of the global industrial chain value chain,accelerate the construction of a green manufacturing system,and actively participate in carbon trading emissions.
