摘要
文章建立了一种超高效液相色谱法测定PEEK食品接触材料中4,4′-二氟二苯甲酮和对苯二酚迁移量的方法。样品经6种食品模拟物浸泡。水、4%乙酸、10%乙醇、20%乙醇食品模拟物直接过滤进样,50%乙醇和95%乙醇食品模拟物采用旋转蒸发浓缩,水溶解并定容,溶液过滤后进样。采用C18柱,乙腈-水流动相梯度洗脱,在7 min以内实现分离。6种食品模拟物中4,4′-二氟二苯甲酮在0.025~0.500 mg/L范围内,质量浓度与峰面积呈线性关系,定量下限在0.012~0.020 mg/kg之间;对苯二酚在0.1~2.0 mg/L范围内,质量浓度与其峰面积呈线性关系,定量下限在0.050~0.072 mg/kg范围内。在3个浓度水平的加标回收率在92.5%~109%之间;相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)在3.0%~7.6%之间。该方法已经应用于食品接触用PEEK塑料中4,4′-二氟二苯甲酮和对苯二酚迁移量的测定。
A method for the determination of the migration of 4,4′-difluorobenzophenone and hydroquinone in PEEK food contact materials by ultra performance liquid chromatography was established.The samples were soaked in six food simulants.Water,4% acetic acid,10% ethanol and 20% ethanol food simulants were directly filtered and injected.The 50% ethanol and 95% ethanol food simulants were concentrated by rotary evaporation,dissolved in water and diluted,and the solution was filtered and injected.The separation was achieved within 7 min by C18 column and acetonitrile-water mobile phase gradient elution.The mass concentration of 4,4′-difluorobenzophenone in six food simulants is linear with the peak area in range of 0.025~0.500 mg/L,and the lower limit of quantification is 0.012~0.020 mg/kg.The mass concentration of hydroquinone has a linear relationship with its peak area in range of 0.1~2.0 mg/L,and the lower limit of quantification was in range of 0.050~0.072 mg/kg.The recoveries at three concentration levels were in the range of 92.5%~109%.The relative standard deviations(RSDs,n=6) were in range of 3.0%~7.6%.The method has been applied to the determination of the migration of 4,4'-difluorobenzophenone and hydroquinone in PEEK plastics for food contact.
