摘要 【目的】随着新能源发电技术的发展,燃气蒸汽联合循环机组已成为主要调峰电站机组之一,安全环保运行越来越重要,要对SCR脱硝技术还原剂液氨的安全问题进行研究。【方法】以江苏华电扬州发电有限公司M701F4联合循环机组为研究对象,开展脱硝还原剂液氨改尿素水解制氨改造工程。【结果】阐述燃机NOx产生过程、影响因素和控制策略,并阐明SCR脱硝系统、尿素水解制氨系统和工程设计及运行中的注意事项。【结论】在机组完成脱硝还原剂系统改造后,从机组启机过程和实际运行过程的数据得出,尿素制氨技术稳定可靠,能在燃机烟气治理中广泛运用,且脱硝还原剂氨量和脱硝效率有所保障。 [Purposes] With the development of new energy power generation,gas-steam combined cycle generator has become one of the main peak-shaving power plant units,and safe and environmentally friendly operation is increasingly important,it is necessary to study the safety issues of reducing agent liquid ammonia in SCR denitrification technology.[Methods] Aiming at the safety problem of reducing agent liquid ammonia for SCR denitration technology,the M701F4 combined cycle unit of Jiangsu Huadian Yangzhou Power Generation Co.,Ltd.was taken as the research object to carry out the modification project of reducing agent liquid ammonia for denitration to urea hydrolysis to produce ammonia.[Findings] The generation process,influencing factors and control strategies of NOxin gas turbine are described.In addition,the SCR denitration system,urea hydrolysis ammonia production system and the matters needing attention in engineering design and operation are described.[Conclusions] After the unit completes the transformation of denitration reducing agent system,the data from the unit startup process and actual operation process show that the urea ammonia production technology is stable and reliable,which can be widely used in gas turbine flue gas treatment,and the ammonia amount of denitration reducing agent and denitration efficiency are guaranteed.
