锅浪跷水电站压力钢管竖井升降式钻灌台车施工

摘要 竖井的钻孔灌浆通常是在井内搭设脚手架施工平台,竖井越深搭设脚手架难度越大,安全隐患越多,施工成本越高。在水电站压力钢管竖井的钻孔灌浆施工中,利用可移动的升降式钻灌施工平台,解决了竖井井壁钻孔灌浆施工需在竖井内搭设高脚手架的难题,满足了施工需要。该升降式钻灌施工平台升降方便快捷,锚固锁紧机构简单、安全、可靠,可为类似工程施工提供参考。 The drilling and grouting of the shafts is usually done by setting up scaffolding construction platform,the deeper the shaft is,the more difficult it is to set up scaffolding.The more potential safety hazards,the higher the construction cost.The application of movable lifting drilling and grouting platform in the construction of penstock shaft in Guolangqiao hydropower station solves the difficult problem of erecting high scaffolding in shaft wall during the construction of drilling and grouting,which meets the construction needs.The lifting drilling platform is convenient and fast,and the anchoring and locking mechanism is simple,safe and reliable,which can provide a reference for the construction of similar projects.
