高危企业安全生产数据采集系统设计

摘要 根据国家应急管理部《应急管理部关于加快编制地方应急管理信息化发展规划的通知》,结合目前应急管理结构现状及高危企业生产现状,设计高危安全生产数据采集系统,旨在加强内外各级应急管理机构、安全监管部门与多种高危领域经营企业的纵向、横向联通,便于企业安全生产监测数据在相关机构和部门之间快速共享,有力提升高危企业安全生产领域监管的智能化、高效化和节能化。 According to the《Notice of the Emergency Management Department on Accelerating the Preparation of Local Emergency Management Informatization Development Plan》issued by the Ministry of Emergency Management of the People's Republic of China and combined with the current situation of emergency management structure and production of high-risk enterprises,this paper designs a monitoring and collection system for high-risk safe production,which can effectively strengthen the vertical and horizontal connectivity between internal and external emergency management agencies at all levels,safety supervision departments and enterprises in a variety of high-risk fields,facilitate the rapid sharing of enterprise production safety monitoring data among relevant institutions and departments,and effectively improve the intelligent,efficient and energy saving of supervision in the field of production safety of high-risk enterprises.
