摘要
目的:探讨风险评估联合PDCA循环管理模式在医院感染管理中的应用效果。方法:将2021年1—12月无锡市第二人民医院(江南大学附属中心医院)各科室作为对照组,实施常规医院感染管理;将2022年1—12月无锡市第二人民医院(江南大学附属中心医院)各科室作为观察组,实施风险评估联合PDCA循环管理模式。随机抽查两组医护人员各100名,比较两组医护人员手卫生及消毒隔离执行情况,比较各科室感染管理相关知识掌握情况及感染管理质量。结果:观察组医护人员手卫生及消毒隔离执行评分高于对照组,感染管理相关知识掌握及感染管理质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在医院感染管理工作中实施风险评估联合PDCA循环管理模式,可有效改善医护人员的手卫生及消毒隔离执行情况,感染管理相关知识掌握及医院感染管理的执行情况,有助于提高医院感染管理质量。
Objective:To explore the application effect of risk assessment combined with PDCA cycle management model in nosocomial infection management.Methods:From January to December 2021,all departments of Wuxi Second People's Hospital(Central Hospital Affiliated to Jiangnan University)were used as control group to implement routine nosocomial infection management;From January to December 2022,all departments of Wuxi Second People's Hospital(Central Hospital Affiliated to Jiangnan University)were taken as the observation group to implement the risk assessment combined PDCA cycle management model.A random sampling of 100 medical workers in each group was conducted to compare the implementation of hand hygiene,disinfection and isolation of medical workers in the two groups,and to compare the knowledge and quality of infection management in each department.Results:The scores of hand hygiene and disinfection and isolation in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the scores of infection management knowledge and infection management quality were higher than those in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of risk assessment combined with PDCA cycle management mode in nosocomial infection management can effectively improve the implementation of hand hygiene,disinfection and isolation of medical staff,the knowledge of infection management and the implementation of nosocomial infection management,and contribute to improving the quality of nosocomial infection management.
