摘要
目的:分析盆底肌筋膜手法联合电刺激在盆底肌筋膜疼痛综合征(MPPS)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取滨州市中心医院2020年1月—2022年10月收治的MPPS患者68例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,各34例。对照组给予电刺激干预,观察组在此基础上联合盆底肌筋膜手法进行干预,持续干预5周。比较两组盆底表面肌电评估(Glazer评估)结果、疼痛程度。结果:干预后,观察组前静息、后静息、快肌(Ⅱ类纤维)阶段、慢肌(Ⅰ类纤维)阶段波幅、变异系数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组疼痛程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盆底肌筋膜手法联合电刺激在MPPS患者中效果良好,能够改善盆底肌表面肌电图,缓解疼痛,临床应用价值更高。
Objective:To analyze the effect of pelvic floor myofascia manipulation combined with electrical stimulation in patients with pelvic floor myofascia pain syndrome(MPPS).Methods:A total of 68 MPPS patients admitted to Binzhou Central Hospital from January 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 34 patients in each group.The control group was given electrical stimulation intervention,and the observation group was combined with pelvic floor myofascial manipulation on this basis for continuous intervention for 5 weeks.The results and pain degree of pelvic floor surface electromyography(Glazer assessment)were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the amplitude and coefficient of variation of pre-resting,post-resting,fast muscle(class Ⅱ fiber)stage and slow muscle(class Ⅰ fiber)stage in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);After intervention,the pain degree of the observation group was less than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pelvic floor myofascial manipulation combined with electrical stimulation has a good effect in MPPS patients,which can improve the surface electromyography of pelvic floor muscle and relieve pain,and has higher clinical application value.
