摘要
中华优秀传统文化蕴含着丰富的廉洁文化,在丰富和涵养新时代廉洁文化方面具有重要意义。李觏在继承先秦等朝代优秀传统文化和先进思想的前提下,对中华优秀廉洁文化进行了思想上的创新和发展。该文以李觏的“礼乐论”“义利观”“人性论”“富国论”等理论作为基础,分析以“廉让”“廉善”“廉能”为核心的廉洁思想的特点。采用文献原著研究的方法,在发掘和吸收李觏优秀廉洁思想的同时,将其与新时代廉洁文化中的理念和实践相互结合,研究李觏思想中的廉洁特点及其对新时代的影响和价值。李觏的廉洁思想不仅对北宋廉洁文化的形成和发展有理论上的思考,对新时代促进干部官德、推进廉洁文化建设与加强“不想腐”的理论自觉也富含理论指导及实践意义。
The excellent traditional Chinese culture contains a rich culture of integrity,which is of great significance in enriching and nurturing the clean culture of the new era.On the premise of inheriting the excellent traditional culture and advanced ideas of pre Qin and other dynasties,Li Gou innovated and developed the excellent and clean culture of China in terms of ideology.This article will analyze the characteristics of the integrity ideology centered on"integrity and compromise","integrity and goodness",and"integrity and energy",based on Li Gou's theories of"etiquette and music theory","righteousness and benefit view","human nature theory",and"prosperity theory".By using the method of original literature research,while exploring and absorbing Li Gou's excellent integrity ideology,we combine it with the concepts and practices of the new era's integrity culture,and study the integrity characteristics of Li Gou's ideology and its impact and value on the new era.Li Gou's integrity ideology not only had theoretical reflections on the formation and development of integrity culture in the Northern Song Dynasty,but also had theoretical guidance and practical significance in promoting official ethics,promoting the construction of integrity culture,and strengthening the theoretical consciousness of"not wanting to corrupt"in the new era.
