计及需求侧响应的蜂巢状有源配电网优化调度方法

摘要 传统的电网调度方法在蜂巢状有源配电网优化调度中的应用效果不佳,导致蜂巢状有源配电网出现负荷率偏低且线路容量越限率偏高的问题,难以达到预期的调度效果。针对该问题,提出计及需求侧响应的蜂巢状有源配电网优化调度方法。首先,通过预测用户需求,分析综合用电成本。其次,以用户购电费用最小、用户满足度最大、蜂巢状有源配电网运行成本最小为目标,建立目标函数。最后,设定配电网负荷转移时段和用户电能消耗2个约束条件,利用粒子群算法求出并执行最优调度策略,实现对蜂巢状有源配电网的优化调度。实验结果表明,应用该方法后,蜂巢状有源配电网的负荷率基本保持在80%~90%,线路容量越限率保持在0.02%~0.38%,说明该方法具有较好的优化调度效果。 The application of traditional power grid scheduling methods in the optimization scheduling of honeycomb active distribution networks is not effective,resulting in low load rate and high line capacity exceeding rate in honeycomb active distribution networks,making it difficult to achieve the expected scheduling effect.A honeycomb shaped active distribution network optimization scheduling method considering demand side response is proposed to address this issue.Firstly,by predicting user demand,analyze the comprehensive electricity cost.Secondly,the objective function is established with the goal of minimizing user purchasing costs,maximizing user satisfaction,and minimizing the operating cost of honeycomb active distribution networks.Finally,two constraint conditions are set for the load transfer period of the distribution network and user energy consumption,and the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to find and execute the optimal scheduling strategy to achieve optimal scheduling of the honeycomb shaped active distribution network.Experimental results have shown that after applying this method,the load rate of the honeycomb active distribution network is basically maintained at 80%~90%,and the line capacity limit exceeding rate is maintained at 0.02%~0.38%,indicating that this method has good optimization scheduling effect.
