摘要
为提高污水处理行业中回流系统的效率,增强回流泵组之间的联动效果,利于精细化管理,降低碳排放量,减少人工,稳定工艺,本文以PLC控制器为基础模块化编程,升级改造传统污水处理方面的回流控制系统,在确保安全的同时,将回流系统设备整体打包控制,当进水量变化时,采用自动恒回流比控制模式实现智能回流系统的一键式控制。
In order to improve the efficiency of the reflux system in the sewage treatment industry,enhance the linkage effect between reflux pump sets,facilitate fine management,reduce carbon emissions,reduce labor,and stabilize the process,this paper uses modular programming based on the PLC controller to upgrade and transform the traditional sewage treatment reflux control system.While ensuring safety,the reflux system equipment is packaged and controlled as a whole.When the water inflow changes,adopting automatic constant reflux ratio control mode to achieve one click control of intelligent reflux system.
