摘要
针对目前TBM钢拱架人工封口作业劳动强度大、施工效率低的问题,开展钢拱架封口机构的设计与力学性能分析。分析现有钢拱架封口安装方法和设计封口机构的主要任务,提出一种便于机械手操作的新型钢拱架封口方法,并对TBM钢拱架封口机构进行设计。利用ANSYS软件对设计的钢拱架封口机构进行静力学分析,得到结论:封口机构的最大应力出现在伸缩臂与回转底座的连接处,最大值为67.6 MPa,远小于材料的屈服极限,说明封口机构处于安全状态,验证了封口机构的可行性。
In view of the problems of highlabor intensity and low construction efficiency of the current manual looping operation of TBM ringbeam,thedesign and mechanical property analysis of the ring beam looping mechanism are carried out.The existing ring beam looping installation method and the main tasks of designing the looping mechanism are analyzed,a new ring beam loopingmethod which is easy for robotic operation is proposed,and the structure of the TBM ring beam looping mechanism is designed.The software ANSYS is suedfor static analysis of the designed ring beam looping mechanism.It is concluded that,the maximum stress of the looping mechanism appears at the connection between the telescopic arm and the slewing base,with a maximum valueof 67.6MPa,which is much less than the yield limit of the material,indicating that the looping mechanism is in a safe state and verifying the feasibility of the looping mechanism.
