摘要
利用β-环糊精的结构特性,使其与紫云英苷产生包含作用,制备β-环糊精-紫云英苷复合物,并考察其对机体运动耐力的影响。通过单因素与响应面试验确定β-环糊精-紫云英苷复合物的最佳制备条件后,采用动物试验评价其对机体运动耐力的影响。结果表明,当β-环糊精与紫云英苷的质量比为3.7∶1,包合时间为2.2 h,包合温度为50℃,得到的复合物的包合率达到(65.1±1.6)%。与空白对照组相比,不同剂量的β-环糊精-紫云英苷复合物可显著延长小鼠的力竭游泳时间(P<0.01),明显降低运动后血清中乳酸、尿素氮的含量(P<0.05或P<0.01),并可显著提高超氧化物歧化酶与谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活力(P<0.05或P<0.01)。因此,β-环糊精-紫云英苷复合物有助于提高小鼠的运动耐力,具有良好的舒缓疲劳的作用。
Utilizing the structural characteristics ofβ–cyclodextrin(β-CD),theβ–cyclodextrin/astragalin complex(β-CD/AST)was prepared by inclusion effect withβ–cyclodextrin and astragalin(AST),furthermore,the effect of this complex on exercise endurance was investigated.The optimum preparation condition ofβ-CD/AST was explored through single factor tests and response surface experiments.The effect of this complex on exercise endurance was evaluated by a number of animal experiments.The results showed that the optimum preparation condition ofβ-CD/AST was as follows:the saturated solution mass ratio ofβ-CD and AST 3.7∶1,inclusion temperature 50℃,inclusion time 2.2 h and under these optimum conditions,the inclusion rate of complex achieved(65.1±1.6)%.Compared with the control group,β-CD/AST at all doses could significantly prolonged exhaustive swimming time of mice(P<0.01),obviously decreased the contents of LA and BUN in the blood of mice(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and significantly increased the activities of SOD and GSH-px(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Therefore,β-CD/AST could contribute to enhanced exercise endurance of mice,which demonstrated a good relieving effect on fatigue.
