摘要
以‘吉育88’为材料,研究了不同浓度烯效唑干拌种、包衣和浸种对大豆种子生活力、生理性状、农艺性状等生物学效应和产量的影响。结果表明:经烯效唑处理后,大豆的一些农艺性状如株高、下胚轴长、叶面积和节间长度下降,而比叶重和下胚轴粗上升,同时,一些生理性状如光合速率和叶面积指数下降,叶绿素含量和水势上升。在三种处理方式中,浸种处理大大降低了大豆的发芽率、发芽指数和出苗率,进而影响了产量;包衣处理增产不显著;在干拌种处理中,当烯效唑有效浓度为6 mg/kg时,显著增产7.4%,因而烯效唑干拌种的最佳处理浓度为6 mg/kg。
Using‘Jiyu88’as the material,the effects of dry seed dressing,coating and seed soaking with different concentrations of endomazol on biological effects and yield of soybean seeds such as viability,physiological characters and agronomic characters were studied.The results showed that some agrologic traits such AS plant height,hypocotyl length,leaf area and internode length decreased,while specific leaf weight and hypocotyl diameter increased.Meanwhile,some physiological traits such as photosynthetic rate and leaf area index decreased,and chlorophyll content and water potential increased.Among the three treatments,seed immersion treatment greatly reduced the germination rate,germination index and seedling emergence rate of soybean,and then affected the yield.The coating treatment did not increase the yield significantly in the dry mixing treatment,when the effective concentration of enobutazolium was 6 mg/kg,the yield was significantly increased by 7.4%,so the optimal treatment concentration of enobutazolium in dry mixing treatment was 6 mg/kg.
