萨北油田6 kV配电线路节能降耗研究 被引量:2

摘要 大庆油田采油三厂通过在萨北油田6 kV配电线路应用节能变压器技术,利用S11型节能变压器逐步替代S7型变压器,降低了变压器自身损耗;在6 kV配电线路应用无功补偿技术,对配电线路进行无功补偿,提高了线路功率因数,降低了线路自身损耗。两项节能措施的应用改善了萨北油田配电线路的电能输送效率,S11型变压器的应用相比S7型变压器有功功率损失下降24.37%,无功功率损失下降13.98%,综合功率损失下降23.16%;无功补偿装置的应用,使线路功率因数由0.822提高到0.906,线路损耗下降22.73%。 The NO.3 Oil Production Plant of Daqing Oilfield has used S11 type energy conservation transformer instead of S7 type transformer by applying energy conservation transformer technology to the 6 kV distribution line in Sabei oilfield,reducing the transformer's own losses.The reactive compensation technology is applied to 6 kV distribution lines to compensate for reactive power,which improves the power factor of the line and reduces the loss of the line itself.The application of two energy conservation measures has improved the power transmission efficiency of distribution lines in Sabei oilfield.Compared to the application of S7 transformer,the active power loss of S11 transformer has decreased by 24.37%,reactive power loss has decreased by 13.98%,and comprehensive power loss has decreased by 23.16%.Even more to the point,the application of reactive power compensation devices has increased the power factor of the line from 0.822 to 0.906,with the line loss reduced by 22.73%.
