摘要
如何跳出历史周期率是我们党百年探索的重要课题。习近平在治国理政过程中对党如何跳出历史周期率问题进行了深入思考和探索,其探索成果主要体现在以下几个方面:一是通过深化对毛泽东当年提出的“第一个答案”的认识,提出全过程人民民主的重大理念;二是明确提出了党跳出治乱兴衰历史周期率的“第二个答案”即自我革命;三是深刻而系统地阐明“第二个答案”的丰富内涵;四是深刻阐释了“第一个答案”与“第二个答案”之间的辩证关系;五是阐明了党的自我革命与社会革命之间的辩证关系;六是通过深化对“第二个答案”的认识,形成了系统化的“自我革命战略”思想。
How to jump out of the historical cycle rate is an important topic in our party's century-long exploration.In the process of governing the country,Xi Jinping has deeply thought and explored the issue of how the party can jump out of the historical cycle,and the results of his exploration are mainly reflected in the following aspects:firstly,by deepening the understanding of the“first answer”put forward by Mao Zedong in those years,he put forward the major concept of people's democracy in the whole process;Secondly,he clearly put forward“the secondly answer”of the party’s jump out of the historical cycle of chaos and rise and fall,that is,self-revolution;The third is to profoundly and systematically clarify the rich connotation of“the second answer”;Fourth,he profoundly explain the dialectical relationship between“the first answer”and“the second answer”;Fifth,he clarified the dialectical relationship between the party’s self-revolution and social revolution;Sixth,through deepening the understanding of“the second answer”,the systematic“self-revolution strategy”thinking has been formed.
