摘要
当前,高校思政课的法治教育中仍存在教师的法律素养和教学能力薄弱、教学内容陈旧、教育模式单一、缺乏渐进性及评价体系不完善等实际问题。增强高校法治教育的教学效果需要提升教师法律素养,增强法治教育的教学能力;拓展思政课法治教育内容,提升教学质量;推进思政课多元化的法治教育模式;搭建螺旋式上升的思政课法治教育架构;健全高校法治教育的实效性评价体系。
Currently,there are still practical problems in the legal education of ideological and political courses in universities,such as weak legal literacy and teaching ability of teachers,outdated teaching content,single educational model,lack of gradualism,and incomplete evaluation system.To improve the teaching effectiveness of legal education in universities,we should enhance teachers’legal literacy and teaching ability of legal education;expand the content of legal education in ideological and political courses to improve teaching quality;promote the diversified education model of rule of law in ideological and political courses;build a spiral upward legal-education framework for ideological and political courses;perfect the evaluation system of legal-education effectiveness in universities.
