摘要
现代社会各行各业都需要具有岗位胜任力的掌握关键技术的工匠型技能人才。基于此,探索在高职服装专业教学中引入以岗位胜任力为导向的教学模式的方法,创新产教融合、校企合作新形式,通过校企双元打造数字化教学模块。该教学方式注重服装专业学生的立体制版实操技能、自主学习能力和终身学习能力、团队协作能力和职业道德与岗位能力要求的匹配,促进未来服装制版技能规范化和实用化的发展,为成衣立体造型课程教学模式提供了一种新的思路。
All walks of life in modern society need artisan skilled personnel who have the ability to master key technologies.Based on this,this paper explores the method of introducing the post competency-oriented teaching mode in the teaching of clothing specialty in higher vocational colleges,innovates the new forms of integration of production and education and school-enterprise cooperation,and creates digital teaching modules through school-enterprise dual.This teaching method pays attention to the practical skills of three-dimensional pattern-making,autonomous learning ability and lifelong learning ability,teamwork ability,professional ethics and post ability requirements of students majoring in clothing,promotes the standardization and practical development of clothing pattern-making skills in the future,and provides a new idea for the teaching mode of three-dimensional clothing modeling course.
