摘要
我国铝型材表面处理企业众多,生产废水经处理后产生大量铝泥工业固废。试验研究表明,CO_(2)酸化法分质处理铝碱性废水制取结晶型Al(OH)_(3)工艺技术可使废水中Al提取率达到90%~95%。该工艺技术产物结晶型Al(OH)_(3)铝泥可资源化利用作为生产PAC和铝系臭氧催化剂的原料,减少固废排放量,实现碳利用,减少废水处理后的硫酸盐排放量。CO_(2)酸化工艺技术具有多方面的环保功效,推动铝行业实现碳中和,有利于铝型材表面处理行业可持续发展。
There are many aluminum profile surface treatment enterprises in China,and a large amount of aluminum sludge industrial solid waste is produced after the treatment of production wastewater.The experimental study shows that the process technology of producing crystalline Al(OH)_(3) from aluminum alkaline wastewater by CO_(2) acidification can make the extraction rate of Al in wastewater reach 90%~95%.Crystalline Al(OH)_(3) aluminum sludge,the product of this process technology,can be recycled as the raw material for the production of PAC and aluminum series ozone catalyst,reducing the discharge of solid waste,realizing carbon utilization,and reducing the discharge of sulfate after wastewater treatment.CO_(2) acidification technology has various environmental protection effects,promotes the realization of carbon neutralization in the aluminum industry,which is conducive to the sustainable development of the aluminum profile surface treatment industry.
