摘要
本研究旨在对退役化工厂进行土壤污染状况调查和风险评估,分析退役化工厂的污染特点,从而有效降低该类地块在开发后出现各类环境问题的概率,也可为退役工业企业从事相关工作提供参考和借鉴。本研究以广东省沿海地区某退役化工厂为例,对该地块的土壤污染状况调查和风险评估进行了研究。结果表明,该退役工厂地块的土壤石油烃(C_(10)-C_(40))超标,因此对该污染地块土壤中的石油烃(C_(10)-C_(40))进行风险评估,通过计算得到暴露途径下石油烃(C_(10)-C_(40))的风险控制值为781 mg/kg,确定该退役工厂污染地块土壤石油烃(C_(10)-C_(40))的修复目标值为826 mg/kg。最后采用无污染点位连线法计算,得到该地块在扣除重叠部分后的待修复面积为6629.8128 m^(2),修复方量为8087.19 m^(3)。研究结果可为该退役化工厂污染地块下一阶段开展土壤污染修复施工提供重要数据支持。
The aim of this study is to investigate the soil pollution status and risk assessment of a decommissioned chemical plant plot,and analyze the pollution characteristics of decommissioned chemical plant.Thus,the probability of various environmental problems after the development of this type of plot can be effectively reduced,and it can also provide reference for decommissioning industrial enterprises to engage in relevant work.Taking a decommissioned chemical plant in coastal area of Guangdong Province as an example,the soil pollution status investigation and risk assessment of this plot were conducted in this study.The results showed that the soil petroleum hydrocarbon(C_(10)-C_(40))in the decommissioning plant plot exceeded the standard.Therefore,the risk assessment of soil petroleum hydrocarbon(C_(10)-C_(40))of the contaminated plot was carried out,and the risk control value of soil petroleum hydrocarbon(C_(10)-C_(40))under the exposure path was calculated to be 781 mg/kg,and the remediation target value of soil petroleum hydrocarbons(C_(10)-C_(40))in the contaminated soil of the decommissioned plant was determined to be 826 mg/kg.Finally,the pollution-free point connection method was used to calculate the remediation area of the plot after deducting the overlapping parts is 6629.8128 m^(2),and the remediation volume is 8087.19 m^(3).The study results can provide important data support for soil pollution remediation in the next stage of the contaminated plot of the decommissioned chemical plant.
