摘要
设备和管道的腐蚀是制约水煤浆气化装置长周期稳定运行的一个重要原因。水煤浆气化过程中,装置内的流体介质为含有大量腐蚀性物质和固体颗粒的多相混合物,因此冲蚀和结垢是设备和管道面临的主要损伤原因,而气液相中的多种腐蚀性物质也会引发不同类型的腐蚀问题。通过现场调研,结合水煤浆气化装置的工艺流程和腐蚀性介质的组成,对气化单元、合成气洗涤单元、黑水闪蒸单元以及黑灰水处理单元的腐蚀现状和成因进行了深入分析,并针对不同的腐蚀类型提出了相应的防护措施,为水煤浆气化装置的生产操作提供了经验借鉴和技术支撑。
Corrosion of equipment and pipeline is an important factor that restricts the long⁃term stable operation of coal water slurry gasification unit.In the gasification process,the fluid media in the device is a multiphase mixture containing a large num⁃ber of corrosive substance and solid particles,so erosion and scaling are the main causes of damage to equipment and pipelines,while various corrosive substance in the gas⁃liquid phase can also cause different forms of corrosion failure.Through on⁃site re⁃search,combined with the process flow and the composition of corrosive media,a thorough analysis was conducted on the corro⁃sion status and causes of the gasification unit,synthesis gas washing unit,black water flash unit,and black or gray water treat⁃ment unit.Corresponding protective measures were proposed for different corrosion types,providing experience reference and technical support for the production operation of the coal water slurry gasification plant.
