摘要
从医疗设备预算管理开始,对医疗设备全生命周期各阶段质量管理现状和难点进行分析,提出改进方案,建立“三级医院医疗设备管理信息化成熟度模型”,实现医疗设备全生命周期质量管理信息化,解决传统医疗设备管理“信息孤岛”现象。
Starting from medical equipment budget management,the status quo and difficulties of quality management at all stages of the medical equipment life cycle were analyzed.The improvement plans were proposed.And“maturity model of medical equipment management informatization for the grade-three hospitals”was established to realize the informatization of medical equipment quality management throughout the life cycle and solve the phenomenon of“information silos”in traditional medical equipment management.
