摘要
目的:分析全自动病理组织脱水机乙醇浓度的变化对组织块所产生的影响并根据实践经验分析总结应对措施。方法:通过使用乙醇浓度计检测樱花全封闭脱水机每缸乙醇溶液使用前后的变化情况,分析乙醇浓度变化对组织处理效果的影响,并及时采取相应措施。结果:全自动病理组织脱水机运行1~4次,所有组织块均取得了良好的脱水效果;第5次时偶尔会出现脱水不良,主要是因为子宫肌瘤组织在制片时存在一定困难,这是由于该组织容易化开所致;第6次时部分组织块出现脱水不良的情况,这些组织块大多是子宫内膜以及少量阑尾组织等,石蜡组织在切完之后,切片中央部位发生内陷,其他一些体积较小的组织块都未发生明显的异常情况。结论:因第1缸乙醇浓度低于临界值,通过联合监测第2缸乙醇,并适当调整脱水程序或更换新液,可以保证组织块的脱水质量。
Objective:To study and analyze the influence of ethanol concentration change and countermeasures.Methods:Use the ethanol concentration meter to test the change of the ethanol solution before,analyze the influence of the ethanol concentration change on the tissue treatment effect,and take corresponding measures in time.Results:During the 1-4 times of the automatic pathological tissue dehydration,all tissue blocks achieved good dehydration effect;poor dehydration occurred occasionally in the fifth time,mainly because the Uterine fibroid tissue were easy to open in the production process,which was difficult in production;the partial tissue detachment in the sixth time Poor water,mainly the endometrium and a small amount of appendix tissue,etc.,after the paraffin tissue was cut,the central area appeared subsidence,and other smaller tissue blocks did not appear obvious abnormalities.Conclusion:Since the ethanol concentration of the first cylinder is below the critical value,the dehydration quality of the tissue block can be guaranteed by jointly monitoring the second cylinder ethanol and adjusting the dehydration procedure or replacing the new liquid appropriately.
