摘要
随着我国脱贫攻坚取得胜利,乡村振兴进入全面推进期,乡村振兴目标的实现需要人才的振兴。而农业院校大学生到农村基层就业,一方面解决农业高校大学生的就业问题,另一方面也为乡村振兴提供人才资源,实现双赢的局面。对此,该文从国家长远发展、农业高校自身发展、农村现实发展及农业院校大学生就业需求出发,对农业院校大学生到农村基层就业的必要性和可行性进行分析,提出加强和促进农业院校大学生到农村基层就业的意见和建议,对乡村振兴目标的顺利实现具有重大的理论和现实意义。
With the victory of poverty alleviation in our country,rural revitalization has entered a period of comprehensive promotion,and the realization of the goal of rural revitalization needs the revitalization of talents.The rural grass-roots employment of agricultural college students,on the one hand,solves the employment problem of agricultural college students;and on the other hand,it provides human resources for rural revitalization,achieving a win-win situation.In this regard,starting from the long-term development of the country,the self-development of agricultural universities,the realistic development of rural areas and the employment needs of agricultural college students,the paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of agricultural college students'employment at the rural grass-roots level,proposes strengthening and promoting the employment of agriculture college students in rural areas,which is of great theoretical and practical significance for the smooth realization of the goal of rural revitalization.
