摘要
政府主导与农民主体的有机统一反映在乡村振兴对二者角色、功能与优势的设定之上,内蕴于利益、能力及政策之中。目前,政府主导与农民主体的有机统一面临着利益偏差、能力失衡及政策不精的困境。为充分发挥政府主导的功能与农民主体的作用并形成驱动乡村振兴的强大合力,通过放大利益契合点,完善能力平衡点及延伸政策着力点等方式,进一步激发乡村振兴中政府主导与农民主体的优势呈现。
The organic unity of the leading role of the government and the main body of farmers is reflected in the setting of their roles,functions and advantages in rural revitalization,and is embodied in interests,abilities and policies.At present,the organic unity of government leadership and farmers is faced with the dilemma of interest deviation,ability imbalance and policy incompetence.In order to give full play to the leading function of the government and the role of the main body of farmers and form a strong joint force driving the revitalization of rural areas,we should enlarge the meeting point of interests,improve the balance point of ability and extend the focus of policies.Further stimulate the advantages of government leadership and farmers in rural revitalization.
