摘要
为了研究再生细骨料制备轻质透光再生混凝土的可行性,分别采用预埋法、打孔法、二次浇筑法制备了透光再生混凝土。试验结果表明:预埋法、打孔法、二次浇筑法均可以制备出轻质透光再生混凝土制品,加入引气剂可以达到轻质的效果。预埋法、打孔法制备轻质透光再生混凝土制品存在一定的不足,二次浇筑法制作的轻质透光再生混凝土制品效果最优。轻质透光再生混凝土制品可以作为装饰、微小艺术品,有助于废弃建筑垃圾的再生利用。
In order to study the feasibility of preparing lightweight transparent recycled concrete from recycled fine aggregate.The transparent recycled concrete was prepared by embedding method,drilling method and secondary casting method respectively.The test results show that light and transparent recycled concrete products can be prepared by embedding method,drilling method and secondary pouring method,and the effect of light can be achieved by adding air entraining agent.There are some shortcomings in the preparation of light and transparent recycled concrete products by embedment and drilling method,and the effect of light and transparent recycled concrete products made by secondary casting method is the best.Light and transparent recycled concrete products can be used as decoration,small works of art,and contribute to the recycling of waste building waste.
