摘要
为了适应当前配电网日趋复杂且分布式电源大量接入的情况,提出一种改进的多目标粒子群优化算法。该算法在标准粒子群算法中引入Pareto前沿和混沌搜索,通过Pareto前沿处理多目标问题,并用混沌搜索对粒子进行混沌遍历,既保留了进化过程中多目标的相对最优解,同时也兼顾了收敛性。通过算例进行仿真,结果表明该算法可以快速搜索多目标最优解,为配电网多目标动态优化提供思路和参考。
Aiming at the increasing complexity of the current distribution network structure and the large number of distributed power sources,an improved multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed.The algorithm introduces Pareto frontier and chaos search into standard particle swarm optimization.The improved algorithm uses Pareto front to deal with multi-objective problems,and uses chaotic search to perform chaotic traversal on particles,which not only retains the relative optimal solution of multi-objective in the evolution process,but also considers the convergence.The simulation results show that the algorithm can quickly search for multi-objective optimal solution.This paper provide ideas and references for multi-objective dynamic optimization of distribution network.
