基于中华传统体育大学体育特色教学体系的构建与运行

摘要 依据中共中央、国务院《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》和国家体育总局“全国百城千村健身气功展示暨健身气功进校园”计划,紧接学校医护健康专业特色,依托教学改革项目,创建面向全体学生实施的中华传统体育气功、八段锦、太极拳特色教学,从创新理念、假设目标、路径设计、实践检验,再向史志考究、价值探究、师生验证、展演传承、竞赛提高、达成目标效果、构建与运行体育特色教学体系等深层次研究探索。通过4年教学实践,已使5个年级学生达成了“人人掌握传统体育”的教学目标,达成了“两必三会”的教学效果。坚持在大学校园传承中华传统体育,立足学生健康发展的同时,提高学生就业技能。 According to"the Outline of'Healthy China 2030'"of CPC Central Committee and State Council and the plan of"National Health Qigong Show in 100 Cities and 1000 Villages and Fitness Qigong into Campus"of General Administration of Sports of China,the school medical health professional characteristics,relying on the teaching reform project,create for all the students of the Chinese traditional sports Qigong,Baduanjin,Taijiquan characteristic teaching,from innovative ideas,hypothesis,path design,practice inspection,to Historic studies,value exploration,Validation of teachers and students,Performance inheritance,Competition to improve,achieve the target effect,building and running sports characteristic teaching system such as deep research exploration.Through four years of teaching practice,the students of five grades have achieved the teaching goal of"everyone masters traditional sports"and achieved the teaching effect of"two must three meetings".Adhere to the inheritance of traditional Chinese sports on campus,based on the healthy development of students,improve students'employment skills.
