摘要
目的分析中期/晚期恶性肿瘤(Ⅲ-Ⅳ期)采取凝血功能常规指标和D2聚体水平检测方式产生的效果。方法选择我院2020年1月-2021年1月100例中晚期/晚期恶性肿瘤(Ⅲ-Ⅳ期)患者为研究对象,作为观察组,同期抽取100例健康体检者作为对照组,两组均进行凝血功能指标和D2聚体水平检测,分析检测结果。结果观察组凝血功能常规指标和D-二聚体水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。凝血功能常规指标联合D2聚体水平检测敏感度、特异度以及准确度明显高于单独检测敏感度、特异度和准确度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论凝血功能常规指标联合D2聚体水平检测方式在中晚期/晚期恶性肿瘤诊断中应用价值较高,能够降低漏诊风险,值得临床重视并大力推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of blood coagulation function routine indicators and D2 polymerlevel detection in patients with intermediate/advanced malignant tumors(Phase Ⅲ-Ⅳ).Methods From January 2020 to January 2021,100 patients with intermediate/advanced malignant tumors(Phase Ⅲ-Ⅳ)in our hospital were selected as the study objects,as the observation group,and 100 healthy people were selected at the same time as the control group.Coagulation function indicators and D2 polymer level were tested in both groups,and the test results were analyzed.Results The routine indexes of blood coagulation function and thelevelof D-dimer in theobservation group were significantlyhigherthan those in the control group(P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of routine indexes of blood coagulation function combined with D2 polymer level were significantly higher than those of individual tests(P<0.05).Conclusion The routine indexes of blood coagulation function combined with the detection of D2 polymer level are of high value in the diagnosis of intermediatel advanced malignant tumors,which can reduce the risk of missed diagnosis,and is worthy of clinical attention and promotion.
