摘要
为减少园林废弃物对当地生态的破坏,促进园林废弃物堆肥广泛利用,以发酵完全的园林废弃物堆肥作为有机肥结合农田土和珍珠岩混合进行实验,研究其对青稞幼苗生长及土壤肥力的影响,以期为园林废弃物堆肥作为有机肥广泛推广提供参考依据。本试验将园林废物堆肥、珍珠岩和农田土按照V_(园林废弃物堆肥):V_(珍珠岩):V_(农田土)=1:1:1(T1)、2:1:1(T2)、3:1:1(T3),以CK(农田土)为对照,共计4种处理,并采用隶属函数法对生长指标进行综合评价分析。结果表明:(1)T2处理能够有效提促进青稞幼苗株高,提高地上部分生物量,T3处理能够提高地下部分生物量,T1处理能够促进地下部分干物质的积累;(2)叶绿素和根系指标随着园林废弃物堆肥的增加而提高;(3)相对CK处理,随着园林废弃物堆肥的增加,容重和pH减小,孔隙度、含水量、有机质、EC、全量养分和速效养分增加;(4)随着园林废弃物的增加蔗糖酶、磷酸酶、和脲酶相对提高,而过氧化氢酶随着增加减小;(5)通过综合评价可知,T3处理的综合评价指数最高(1.82)。园林废弃物堆肥作为有机肥能够有效改善土壤的物理性质,随着园林废弃物堆肥的增加能够有效提高土壤养分,通过综合性状评价分析证明T3处理的综合评价最好。
To reduce the damage of garden waste to the local ecology,the widespread utilization of garden waste compost as organic fertilizer can significantly reduce the ecological damage caused by garden waste accumulation.This study aimed to investigate the impact of fully fermented garden waste compost,in combination with farmland soil and perlite,on the growth of highland barley seedlings and soil fertility.Four treatments were examined,including different compost ratios (V garden waste compost:V perlite:V farmland soil) of 1:1:1 (T1),2:1:1 (T2),and3:1:1 (T3),with farmland soil (CK) as the control.Comprehensive evaluation analysis was conducted using the membership function method to assess the growth indicators.The treatment combining garden waste compost and perlite at a ratio of 2:1:1 (T2) exhibited significant improvements in highland barley seedling height and above-ground biomass.The treatment with a compost ratio of 3:1:1 (T3) demonstrated increased below-ground biomass,while the treatment with a compost ratio of 1:1:1 (T1) promoted the accumulation of underground dry matter.Increasing amounts of garden waste compost led to higher chlorophyll content and enhanced root indicators.Furthermore,the addition of garden waste compost resulted in reduced bulk density and pH compared to the control treatment.In contrast,porosity,water content,organic matter,electrical conductivity (EC),total nutrients,and available nutrients all increased with higher compost ratios.Enzyme activities,including sucrase,phosphatase,and urease,showed relative increases with garden waste compost additions,while catalase activity decreased.The comprehensive evaluation analysis indicated that the treatment with a compost ratio of 3:1:1 (T3)achieved the highest comprehensive evaluation index (1.82).The utilization of garden waste compost as an organic fertilizer demonstrated its effectiveness in enhancing soil physical properties and nutrient availability.The addition of garden waste compost resulted in notable improvements in soil fertility,as evidenced by increased nutrient content and enzymatic activity.The comprehensive evaluation analysis confirmed that the treatment with a compost ratio of 3:1:1(T3) exhibited the highest comprehensive evaluation index,indicating its superior performance in promoting soil health and highland barley seedling growth.These findings provided valuable insights for the widespread adoption of garden waste compost as a sustainable organic fertilizer in agricultural practices.
