摘要
生态文明建设是关系中华民族永续发展的根本大计。延安市从1999年以来,坚决响应党中央号召,贯彻落实党中央指示精神,在全国率先开展退耕还林工作,坚定不移走生态优先、绿色发展之路,采取生态、经济、社会效益相结合;工程措施、生物措施、耕作措施相结合;治理、开发、致富相结合;依法防治并重等新举措,建立践行生态文明思想的新机制,开创践行生态文明思想的新局面。
The construction of ecological civilization is a fundamental plan related to the sustainable development of the Chinese nation and an inherent requirement for building a modern socialist country in an all-round way.Since 1999,Yan’an City has resolutely responded to the call of the Party Central Committee,taken the lead in repatriating farmland to forests across the country.At the same time,the useful means are the follows:unswervingly taking the road of ecological priority and green development,and combining ecological,economic and social benefits;combining engineering measures,biological measures and farming measures;combining governance,development and getting rich;We will focus on new measures such as the prevention and control of the law,establish a new mechanism for practicing the idea of ecological civilization,and create a new situation for practicing the idea of ecological civilization.
