摘要
卵巢癌术后化疗患者,生活质量常有明显下降,影响身心健康。在应用西药抗肿瘤、升白细胞等的基础上,结合中药治疗对于改善化疗后不良反应有独特疗效。本案为一则卵巢癌术后化疗期不良反应病例,治疗上基于从本调态、由标打靶两个层次进行态靶同治。患者初次化疗之后呈现出虚、瘀、热等态,兼发诸多症状、指标异常,治疗全程把握宏观与微观结合之原则,以仝氏气血阴阳并补方、仝氏坎离既济汤合黄芪桂枝五物汤作为调态方。合大量针对全身麻木、僵硬,汗出过多,排便困难,咳嗽,肿瘤标志物等症状及理化检查指标的专药靶药,在西医治疗基础上,结合中医传统临床诊疗思路,助力现代医学诊疗中的疑难问题,展现了态靶理论指导下的复杂性、难治性疾病辨治全过程。
Postoperative chemotherapy in ovarian cancer patients often leads to a significant decline in quality of life,impacting their physical and mental well-being.It is believed that combining western medicine's anti-tumor and leukocyte-boosting effects with traditional Chinese medicine may offer a unique effect on mitigating chemotherapy side effects.This case study focuses on a patient experiencing adverse reactions after initial chemotherapy.By addressing the patient's deficiencies,stasis and heat,along with various symptoms and abnormal indicators,Tong's formula for regulating qi,blood,yin and yang,as well as his Kanli Jiji Tang,Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Tang,are administered.Additional targeted drugs are used to alleviate symptoms such as numbness,stiffness,excessive sweating,difficulty in defecation,cough,abnormal tumor markers,and physical and chemical examination indicators.This integrative approach,combining western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine,demonstrates the effective management of complex and refractory diseases guided by the state-target theory.
