摘要
目的探讨家庭参与下积极心理干预对肺癌化疗患者家庭功能和心理弹性的影响。方法选取肺癌化疗患者146例,根据入院时间将患者分为观察组和对照组,各73例。对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上接受家庭参与下积极心理干预,均干预8周。比较两组干预前后家庭功能评定量表评分、心理弹性量表评分。结果干预前,两组家庭功能评定量表评分、心理弹性量表评分差异均无统计学意义(P=0.486、0.147)。干预后,观察组家庭功能评定量表评分(74.67±7.15)分,低于对照组的(91.41±8.29)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组心理弹性量表评分(68.71±7.29)分,高于对照组的(54.85±6.43)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论家庭参与下积极心理干预可改善肺癌化疗患者家庭功能及心理弹性。
Objective To study the effect of family participatory positive psychological intervention on family function and mental resilience for patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods Totally 146 patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy were chosen and divided into observation group(n=73)and control group(n=73)according to admission time.Patients in control group received routine nursing intervention for 8 weeks.Patients in observation group received family participatory positive psychological intervention based on routine nursing intervention for 8 weeks.Scores on Family Assessment Device(FAD)and The Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)before and after intervention were compared between two groups.Results Scores on FAD and CD-RISC before intervention were not significant between two groups(P=0.486、0.147).Score on FAD was lower in observation group(74.67±7.15)than in control group(91.41±8.29)after intervention,and the difference was significant(P<0.001).Score on CD-RISC was higher in observation group(68.71±7.29)than in control group(54.85±6.43)after intervention,and the difference was significant(P<0.001).Conclusion Family participatory positive psychological intervention can improve family function and mental resilience for patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy.
