摘要
高校实验室是我国培育一流人才、建设一流学科、开展科技创新和社会服务的重要基地,在“双一流”建设中起着至关重要的支撑作用。因此,建设一流高水平的实验室以及进行行之有效的管理,是推进“双一流”建设的内在要求。文章从“双一流”建设视角出发,针对高校实验室的管理现状及普遍问题,从管理队伍、管理体系和制度、实验室安全、信息化智慧化等多方面进行了思考和探讨,提出通过建立高素质的管理队伍、加强体系建设和制度建设、多措并举维护实验室安全、通过信息化手段推行智慧化管理等措施,提高管理质量,为其他高校实验室管理提供参考。
University laboratories are an important base for cultivating first-class talents,constructing first-class disciplines,carrying out scientific and technological innovation and social services,and play a vital supporting role in the construction of“Double First-class”.Therefore,building a first-class laboratory and effective management are inherent requirements for promoting the“Double First-class”construction.In this study,from the perspective of“Double First-class”construction,it is proposed to improve the management quality by establishing a high-quality management team,strengthening the construction of the system,taking multiple measures to maintain the safety of the laboratory,and implementing intelligent management by means of information technology,so as to provide reference for laboratory management in other universities.
