摘要
深化专业学位研究生培养模式改革已成为大工程观理念下应用型复合高级工程管理人才培养的时代要求,迫切需要解决人才培养与工程实践脱节、理论与实际割裂、校企融合运行机制不畅、学生工程能力不强,研究生培养的短期行为与人才成长乏力的教学问题。以终身教育为理念,以学生为中心,以人才永续成长为导向,构建跨越学历、校园时空局限的应用型复合高层次人才培养模式,可以实现研究生工程能力、工程素养、职业精神、创新能力为一体的立体化工程实践创新能力协同发展;坚持学位论文与学术论文研究相融合、动态研究团队建设与后期研究成果提升相结合、校企合作平台与校内外指导教师实质融合来深化工程实践研究深度,可提升工程实践创新能力,实现研究生“越界”培养效果与工程实践创新成果双提升,取得学生、教师、学校和企业的四方合作共赢的良好效果。
Deepening the training mode reform of professional degree graduate students has become the requirement of the era for the application-oriented composite senior engineering management personnel training under the concept of large engineering.It is urgent to solve the teaching problems such as the disconnection between personnel training and engineering practice,the separation between theory and practice,the poor operation mechanism of school enterprise integration,the weak engineering ability of students,the short-term behavior of graduate training and the weak growth of talents.Based on the concept of lifelong education,students as the center,and the guidance of sustainable development of talents,an application-oriented compound high-level talent training mode is constructed,which can realize the coordinated development of graduate students'engineering ability,engineering literacy,professionalism,and innovation ability;adhere to the research of academic papers and academic papers The combination of integration,dynamic research team construction and later research results promotion,and the substantial integration of school enterprise cooperation platform and internal and external guidance teachers can deepen the depth of engineering practice research,improve the ability of engineering practice innovation,realize the double promotion of graduate students'cross-border training effect and engineering practice innovation results,and achieve the good effect of win-win cooperation among students,teachers,schools and enterprises fruit.
