摘要
目的探讨基于罗伊纽曼理念建立手术室护理对乳腺癌根治术后患者护理质效改善及并发症预防的效果。方法选择2019年8月-2022年8月在北京市健宫医院行乳腺癌根治术患者80例作为研究对象。依据护理方式不同将患者分为观察组(n=45)和对照组(n=35)。对照组接受常规手术室护理,观察组在对照组基础上接受我院基于罗伊纽曼理念建立的手术室护理。比较护理前后患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、心理弹性量表(CD-RTSC)变化,统计患者的并发症情况及患者对护理工作的满意率。结果护理后,两组的SAS、SDS评分均降低,且观察组的SAS、SDS评分分别为(20.89±3.87)分、(18.94±2.13)分,均低于对照组的(24.91±3.61)分、(22.08±2.41)分,差异显著(P<0.05);护理后,两组的心理弹性(坚韧、自强、乐观)评分均升高,且观察组上述评分分别为(45.34±4.04)分、(32.45±3.71)分、(16.21±2.61)分,高于对照组的(39.41±3.79)分、(28.31±3.41)分、(12.09±2.04)分,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组的总并发症发生率为6.67%,明显低于对照组的25.71%,P<0.05;观察组患者的满意率为95.56%,显著高于对照组的满意率80.00%,P<0.05。结论基于罗伊纽曼理念建立手术室护理可有效改善乳腺癌根治术后患者的心理状态及心理弹性水平,有效降低并发症发生率,患者满意率升高,值得在临床推广运用。
Objective To explore the effect of establishing operating room nursing based on Roy Newman's concept on improving the quality and efficiency of nursing care and preventing complications for patients after radical surgery for breast cancer.Methods 80 patients with breast cancer who underwent radical mastectomy in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into observation group(n=45)and control group(n=35)according to different nursing methods.The control group received conventional operating room nursing,while the observation group received operating room nursing based on the concept of Roy Newman in our hospital on the basis of the control group.The changes of SAS,SDS and CD-RTSC were compared before and after nursing,and the complications and satisfaction rate of patients with nursing work were counted.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups decreased,and the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were[(20.89±3.87)points,(18.94±2.13)points]lower than those of the control group[(24.91±3.61)points,(22.08±2.41)points],the difference was significant(P<0.05);after nursing,the scores of resilience(tenacity,self-improvement and optimism)in the two groups increased,and the above scores in the observation group were[(45.34±4.04)points,(32.45±3.71)points,(16.21±2.61)points],which were significantly higher than those in the control group[(39.41±3.79)points,(28.31±3.41)points,(12.09±2.04)points],respectively(P<0.05);the total complication rate in the observation group was 6.67%,significantly lower than that in the control group(25.71%,P<0.05);the satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was 95.56%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion Operating room nursing based on Roy Newman's concept can effectively improve the psychological state and resilience level of breast cancer patients undergoing radical mastectomy,effectively reduce the incidence of complications,and have a high patient satisfaction rate,which is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
