摘要
微生物是在人类健康平衡中发挥作用的重要因素之一,它们与某些疾病的关系已被明确界定。然而,微生物与反流性疾病之间的关系尚不清楚,微生物对反流性疾病的发病率和预后的影响却不容忽视。因此,本文系统、全面地总结了与反流性疾病相关的微生物生态失调的流行病学研究,并讨论了它们之间的差异,认为微生物可能改变反流性疾病的风险和结局,并且可能是新的治疗靶点。
Microorganisms are one of the important factors in human health balance,and their relationship to certain diseases has been clearly defined.However,the relationship between microorganisms and reflux disease is still unclear,and the impact of microorganisms on the incidence and prognosis of reflux disease cannot be ignored.Therefore,this paper summarized the epidemiological studies of microbial dysbiosis associated with reflux disease and discussed the differences between them,systematically and comprehensively suggesting that microorganisms may alter the risk and outcome of reflux disease and may be novel therapeutic targets.
