摘要
高速公路隧道安全中,如何开展高效的应急处置十分必要。通过研发集高速公路隧道监测、管控决策、预警、服务于一体的综合管理系统,融合视频图像、交通流、交通气象等实时感知信息及外部共享信息分析,实现运行状态全景掌握、交通态势精准预判、危险事件秒级感知、应急协同联动处置等功能,建立隧道运行全方位管控体系,实现智慧监控业务闭环,提升隧道事件“发现-处置-恢复”全流程应急处置效率。解决当前隧道内真实存在的热点、难点问题,为推动隧道智慧化发展提供理论支持。
In the safety of expressway tunnels,it is necessary to carry out efficient emergency response.Through the development of a comprehensive management system integrating tunnel monitoring,management and control decision-making,early warning and service,and fusion analysis of video images,traffic flow,traffic weather and other real-time perceptual information and eternal shared information,realize functions as panoramic grasp of operation status,accurate prediction of traffic situation,second level perception of dangerous events,and coordinated emergency response.The establishment of a comprehensive management and control system for tunnel operation and the realization of closed-loop intelligent monitoring service can improve the emergency response efficiency of the whole process of"discovery-disposition-recovery"of tunnel events.Solve the real hot spots and difficult problems in the current tunnel,and provide theoretical support for promoting the intelligent development of the tunnel.
