摘要
中国盐岩赋存的主要特点是夹层多、盐层薄,对于单直井造腔方法有诸多限制,为此提出采用小间距对井造腔方法克服不良地质条件。该方法利用大尺寸造腔套管对井直流排卤,具有造腔速度快、建库周期短、盐层利用率高等优点。基于该方法开展不同井间距以及不同腔体连通方式的物理模型实验,探究井间距对腔体最终形态的影响规律。结果表明:井间距较小时,腔体水平方向长度小,未充分利用水平空间;井间距较大时,水平段的腔体溶解速度明显降低,且腔体形态不规则;预制对接井的造腔方法具有更高的成腔速率。实际对井造腔工程中双井间距需依据地质条件与工程需求确定。研究结果为盐穴储气库小间距对井造腔腔体形态设计及工艺参数优化提供了借鉴与指导。
The occurrence of salt rock in China is generally featured with multiple interlayers and thin salt layers,which has many restrictions on the single vertical well method for solution mining.For this reason,a small-spacing dual well solution mining method was proposed to overcome the adverse geological conditions.It is essentially a dual well direct-flow brine displacement method making use of the large-sized solution mining casing to offer fast solution mining rate,short storage construction duration and high utilization rate of salt layer.Specifically,the physical model experiments,under different dual-well spacing and cavity communication modes,were conducted to explore the influence of well spacing on the final shape of cavity.The results show a small horizontal length of cavity,as a result of small well spacing,hinders the full use of the horizontal space.Whereas a larger well spacing can significantly slow down the dissolution of the cavity in the horizontal section,and further result in the irregular cavity shape.Evidently the solution mining method based on precast butted wells can provide a higher cavity-forming rate.In practical dual well solution mining projects,the dual-well spacing should be determined according to the geological conditions and engineering requirements.The research results are expected to provide reference and guidance for the cavity shape design and process parameter optimization of solution mining for small-spacing dual well in salt cavern gas storages.
