摘要
与金属纳米团簇探针、荧光蛋白(GFP、DsRed等)、有机小分子基荧光探针等相比,量子点作为荧光材料时具有发射波长更容易调谐,光稳定性优异,Stokes位移更大等优点。其中碳量子点(carbon quantum dots,CQDs)作为一种新型的纳米材料,因其不涉及重金属的使用,且具有低细胞毒性、强荧光性、良生物相容性以及制备工艺简便等优势,备受人们的关注。文章综述了近年来国内外关于碳量子点荧光探针的制备方法及其应用,并对其发展前景和面临的相关挑战作分析。
In comparison with the metal nanocluster probes,fluorescent proteins(GFP,DsRed,etc.),and organic small molecule-based fluorescent probes,quantum dots have the advantages of easier tuning of emission wavelengths,excellent photostability,and larger Stokes shifts when used as fluorescent materials.Among them,Carbon Quantum Dots(CQDs)is an intriguing and novel material for fluorescent carbon nanomaterial which seizing the worldwide attentions due to its non-heavy metals and low cytotoxicity characteristics,strong tunable fluorescence performance,preeminent biocompatibility and simplicity to prepare.This review focuses on the domestic and international progresses of synthesis strategies as well as the recent developments in the applications of CQDs.Moreover,the future perspectives and challenges of the preparation and application were expounded in order to give a guidance for the potential development of CQDs.
