摘要
电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)是痕量/超痕量元素分析的有效工具,其高效、低耗、低检出限、多元素同时测定的特性能满足稀土元素的分析需求,在冶金、地质、核工业等多个领域中发挥着十分重要的作用。作为重要战略性储备资源“四稀”之一,近年来稀土产业的高速发展使得ICP-MS分析方法的同步研发得到重视。对电感耦合等离子体质谱技术的发展、在线分析技术和碰撞/反应池技术的研究现状、样品前处理方法的完善、痕量/超痕量稀土定量分析方法的优化进行了概述,对ICP-MS在稀土组分、原位与形态分析领域的应用发展趋势进行了讨论。未来,针对不同基质样品中稀土组分配比、分布及形态转化,发展ICP-MS联用技术能够达到示踪溯源、优化选冶、环境监测等目的。研发更加完善的ICP-MS定量分析技术,是实现各种复杂基质中痕量/超痕量稀土的快速高效、精确分析的重点发展方向。
Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)is an effective tool for trace/ultra trace element analysis.Its characteristics of high efficiency,low consumption,low detection limit and simultaneous determination of multiple elements can meet the analysis needs of rare earth elements,and plays a very important role in metallurgy,geology,nuclear industry and other fields.As one of the important strategic reserve resources,the rapid development of the rare earth industry in recent years has attached great importance to the synchronous research and development of ICP-MS analysis methods.In this paper,the development of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry technology,the research status of online analysis technology and collision/reaction cell technology,the improvement of sample pretreatment methods,and the optimization of quantitative analysis methods for trace/ultra trace rare earth were summarized.Moreover,the application and development trends of ICP-MS in the fields of rare earth composition,in-situ and morphological analysis were discussed.In the future,the development of ICP-MS combined technology for the composition,distribution,and speciation transformation of rare earth components in different matrix samples can achieve the purposes of tracing the source,optimizing smelting and environmental monitoring.Developing more perfect ICP-MS quantitative analysis technology is the key development direction to realize rapid,efficient,and accurate analysis of trace/ultra-trace rare earths in various complex matrices.
