基于核心能力的儿童保健专科护士培养方案的构建

摘要 目的:构建儿童保健专科护士培养方案,为我国儿童保健专科护士的培养提供参考依据。方法:以护士核心能力为导向,在婴幼儿养育照护理论框架的指导下,通过系统的文献回顾、质性访谈和课题组讨论,初步形成儿童保健专科护士培养方案,邀请来自我国7个省市的21名专家进行2轮专家函询。结果:2轮专家咨询问卷回收率均为100%,专家权威系数均在0.8以上,经2轮专家咨询后专家意见已趋于一致,肯德尔协调系数为0.482(P<0.05)。最终形成的儿童保健专科护士培养方案包括培养目标、培养方式、培养内容和考核方式4部分内容,共包括22个一级指标、80个二级指标。结论:本研究构建的儿童保健专科护士培养方案为培养儿童保健专科护士提供了理论依据,但仍需要经过进一步的实践研究,对各项指标进行验证,进一步完善该培养方案。 Objective:To construct the training program of children′s health specialist nurses,and provide reference for the training of children′s health specialist nurses in China.Methods:Guided by the core competence of nurses and under the guidance of the theoretical framework of infant nurturing care,through systematic literature review,qualitative interviews and discussion in the research group,the training program of specialized nurses in child health care was initially formed.A total of 21 experts from 7 provinces and cities in China were invited to conduct two rounds of expert correspondence.Results:The recovery rate of the two rounds of expert consultation questionnaires was 100%,and the expert authority coefficient was above 0.8.After two rounds of expert consultation,the expert opinions had become consistent,and the Kendall coordination coefficient was 0.482(P<0.05).The final training program for child health care specialist nurses included four parts:training objectives,training methods,training contents and assessment methods,including 22 first level indicators and 80 second level indicators.Conclusions:The child care specialist nurse training program constructed in this study provides a theoretical basis for developing child care specialist nurses,but it still needs further practice research,validation of each indicator,and further improvement of the training program.
