摘要
本文以奥地利蒂罗尔地区噪音污染超标的案例为起点,阐述噪声指数的定义、降噪目标和受理对象应满足的条件。主动降噪措施主要针对关于声屏障建造的高度和材质的探讨,并分别提出方案利弊分析和建议,为我国处理类似声环境治理项目提供崭新视角,具有较强的实操性价值。
The article takes the case of excessive noise pollution in Tyrol of Austria as a starting point to explain the definition of noise index,the noise reduction objectives and the conditions to be met by the accepted objects.The active noise reduction measures are mainly about the height and material of sound barrier construction,and the program pros and cons considerations and suggestions are put forward respectively,which provide a new perspective for dealing with similar sound environment management projects in China and have a strong practical reference value.
