摘要
分析了城镇水厂水处理工艺存在的火灾及爆炸危险性,综合多项标准、规定、文献提出常用药剂和设备的火灾危险性类别的判定依据,分别就原水预处理和消毒工艺相关的各类设备用房的消防设计标准的确定、防火和防爆、泄爆关键技术措施和工程做法做出论述。
This paper analyzed the fire and explosion hazards in the water treatment process of urban water works.Based on multiple standards,regulations,and literature,it proposed criteria for determining the fire hazard categories of commonly used chemicals and equipments.In addition,this paper discussed how to determine the fire protection design standards for various equipment rooms related to raw water pretreatment and disinfection processes,and elaborated on key technical measures for fire prevention and explosion prevention.
