摘要
种植义齿修复已成为牙列缺损、缺失者的最佳修复方式,粘接固位种植修复因其操作简便、美观性高等优点,在临床治疗中广泛应用。但其最大的缺点是无法完全清除残余粘接剂,粘接剂残留是引起种植体周围疾病的危险因素之一,残留的粘接剂可导致菌斑附着从而造成软组织炎症甚至骨吸收,最终将影响种植体的预后及存留。因此,采用合适的方法减少粘接固定后残留粘接剂是保障种植修复体长期健康、稳定的重要因素。目前,减少种植修复体周围残留粘接剂的方法包括代型技术、屏障膜技术、排溢孔技术、口外粘接、改变基台设计、改变粘接剂类型、控制粘接剂放置位置与使用量。本文对以上方法进行归纳总结,以期望指导临床工作。
Implant-supported restorations have become the best restoration method for denture defect or missing.Cement retained prosthesis is widely used in clinical practice because of their ease of use and esthetic advantages.However,the biggest drawback is the inability to completely remove the excess cement,which is one of the risk factors for peri-implant diseases.Excess cement can lead to plaque attachment resulting in soft tissue inflammation and even bone resorption,which will eventually affect the prognosis and survival of the implant.Therefore,the use of appropriate methods to reduce excess cement is an important factor to ensure the long-term health and stability of implant-supported restorations.At present,the techniques to reduce the excess cement around implant restoration include replica technique,barrier membrane technique,overflow hole technique,extraoral adhesion,changing the abutment design and type of cement,and controlling the placement and weight of cement.In this review,the above techniques were summarized to provide a reference for clinical work.
